GOAL
The primary goal of this competition is to leverage the potential of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the accessibility and comprehension of OHADA legal documents, with a specific focus on developing an appropriate metric for Risk, Ambiguity, and Governance (RAG) evaluation. This challenge aims to demystify OHADA's legal texts not just for legal practitioners, but also for business executives and the broader public across its member states. By taking part, participants will play a crucial role in elevating legal literacy, ensuring compliance, and facilitating informed decision-making within one of Africa's pivotal legal frameworks. This initiative seeks innovative solutions to accurately assess and communicate the complexities of legal risks, ambiguities, and governance issues, thereby making the legal system more transparent and navigable for all stakeholders involved.
